Where is this chateau?

It's a long shot, but I'm hoping someone will recognise this chateau and tell me where it is!

We were cycling around Ranville, Merville, Cabourg and the Pegasus Bridge (and in and around Caen) in Lower Normandy, France. Unfortunately we cannot remember where this shot was taken. I have scoured Google Earth for hours, but cannot identify it.

Your suggestions would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.
