camera system for aireal photo drone

Hi all,
I am looking for advice on a good camera lens choice to be used in a multicopter for aerial photography.
Fligcht time directly depends on the payload. therefor the camera would need to be as light as possible but still needs to produce pro level images.
In your opinion would a camera like a NEX 5 or 7 with one of the lenses that are available for this sysyem, be a possibility? or maybe a micro four thirds line the lumix gh2? or do these camera not produce pro level images like you would get from a canon 5D mkII, which is unfortunatly a LOT heavier.
your opinions are higly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Sander
