Second 7D for my wife.... big dilemma

I am having a real big dilemma what camera should I buy for my wife. She enjoys my 7D (or ours :)) and I was thinking to buy the second 7D ... almost pulled the trigger last week. Though it would be the simplest solution, I am not sure if having two identical bodies would be a right decision. Ideally, the 7D upgrade to some extent sounds more sensible, but then I am not sure if it is a right timing for upgrade. My options:

1) The second 7D. I am quite happy with my current 7D except its high ISO performance and noise.

2) 5DII. Old model, only 9 points AF vs FF and better ISO. As everyone, I was expecting Canon to introduce 5DIII in November, but it doesn't seem to be the case in the foreseeable future.

3) 1Ds III would be a perfect upgrade except its price....

4) Wait for 5DIII?

After all, I am stuck between 7D and 5DII.

I would appreciate any comments and better ideas.
