X10 image - can someone explain this phenomenon ?

X10 image - can someone explain this phenomenon ?

I'm very interested in this cam so I downloaded a ton of images from various sources and on some of them noticed this :

Look at the silver car in the middle of the picture; there is a strong reflection from the sun on the windshield and there is that "circle" covering the whole light source. Same thing with the small reflections on the glass balls right side of the walkway.

On the night shots also, check the strong light sources like street lamps and car lights:

Anybody got any idea what this is ?
