Olympus EPx - Does Body Stabilization Affect Video?

Testing out the Olympus EP-3, EPL-3, and EPM-1.

I noticed some video "shimmy" when moving the cameras while recording and coming to an abrupt stop. After I stop the camera motion, the image seems to do a little additional "bounce".

So I tried some tests with IBIS turned off. (also IS1/IS2/IS3). Seems less noticeable when image stabilization turned off.

Is this my imagination, or the way stabilization works on video? (And yes, I understand, I should not be moving the camera so fast, with sudden start/stops. Again, I am testing. But I did notice just some video I was taking of the kids.)
