What software are you using - need something fast and easy

Hi all

I have not been shooting much lately but recently am getting back into it. I have a D200 and a bunch of nice Nikon lenses and plan to upgrade to either a D7000 or wait for the new D400.

I also just got the new Fuji x100 and man that thing is fun

So now i need some new software (new computers and lost my old capture NX disc)

What is the easiest software for fast editing and batch editing of JPG's. I dont have time for long raw conversions so i get it close in camera and usually crop and level if needed - then fast levels adjustments. But i really like batch resizing that is fast - thats a must. Fast and easy
