5DmkII and D3s high iso

Anyone have hands on experience of both these cameras in low light?
I'm familiar with the 5DmkII, how does the D3s compare at 3200 or 6400 iso in low light situations like contrasty street lighting.
Studio object shots at high iso tell me very little about contrasty mixed lighting performance. I could do with some input from seasoned users of both please.
