Nikon d3s Focus issue / Focus Shift ? Alignment issue ?

Wondering if anyone can help out.. I just got a shiny new d3s.. And it has an issue.. Every single lens I have used on it front focuses. I brought it in to Nikon and they adjusted the lenses and body.and they are sharp as a tack now. Well I bought a new lens same thing need to micro adjusted +20, Went to a friends house, tried 5 of his lenses.. ALL of them need +20 to be "sharper" I heard there were some issues with the d3X and misalignment of the viewfinder.. has anyone heard or seen this kind of issue.
