10-30mm f3.5-5.6 vs. 10mm f/2.8...

Hello folks. For those of you who have both of these lenses, how do you find the comparisons at 10mm? Is the additional 2/3 stop gain in the prime showing better quality bokeh? Also, as you give up any benefits of VR of the 10-30mm, are you finding this a problem? And lastly, is the pancake noticeable sharper. Thanks. -Norm
