Lion and Microsoft Word

I recently upgraded to Lion and just noticed today that Microsoft Word is not supported.

This is not a big deal for the future as Pages will work fine but I have a bunch of documents already on Word that it won't let me open. Is there a way to open them and convert them to Pages?
