Camera + GPS + Navigate?

Personally I prefer to use my Garmin GPS on a photo shoot then sync track logs with image exif info, but a friend has a need for a device that does it all:
Take photos
Record GPS locatin
Navigate to a waypoint
Looks like Garmin used to make a GPS had a camera feature but it's been discontinued. I assume there's no camera out that that can be used to actually navigate?
