Panasonic 20mm f/1.7 vs. 25mm f/1.4

Self-explanatory title.

I'm really split between these two lenses. I've weighted the pros and cons of both and I'm just absolutely torn.

I'm planning to do mostly street photography, but the compactness and the focal length of 20mm and the wider aperture and silent AF in 25mm are equally seductive.

So I was wondering if the people who owns either lenses or have played with one give their two cents on the lenses

Be as biased as you want, because I just cannot come to conclusion, even after I've devoured all the reviews in the interweb.
