Looking at E-PM1, but two questions

Played with an E-PM1 in Best Buy, but could not find a menu for turning the Super Control Panel on. Can anyone tell me how, then I will try again tomorrow?
Also, to save power, I am assuming there is a way to turn off all the idiot screens?
