If you shoot in RAW and then load that into Lightroom, their is NO color space applied to the RAW file until it is in Lightroom and "developed". The color space setting in-camera only applies to your in-camera JPEG processing.

As someone else mentioned, you can choose the color space along with other JPEG export settings when you export the files from Lightroom.
