Is the fall of Olympus Corp a Yakuza shakedown?

The biggest cash cow for any organized form of crime in Japan is extortion. Some high ranking executive or executives had embarrassing secrets. The Yakuza swoops in to strip the company of its assets with the assistance of the senior management who would get kick backs on the back end. The company is gutted the executives secrets are kept and another company is destroyed.

Olympus E-5 partnered with a Zuiko 8mm f/3.5 fisheye, 9-18 f/4.0 - 5.6, 14-54 f/2.8 - 3.5 mark I, 50-200 f/2.8 - 3.5 & the 70-300 f/4.0 - 5.6 lenses and 2x teleconverter and a FL-36 flash.
