SB-700 Nikon Flash

So I am the proud owner of the nikon 5100 and the sb-700 and I have gone over and over the user's manual and I cannot figure out how to turn off the pre flash option. If it were my old flash, no problems but I can't figure it out at all on this one. Any info is appriciated.
