A budget FF camera?

What I would want is a budget FF camera. Perfect specs for me would be:
FF sensor
10 MP
720p video (ok, I could pay for 1080)
I could live without things like high speed shooting and magnesium.
Sony especially, should be in a good position to make this camera because the can put in a cheap EVF.
Shouldn't it be possible to make a camera like this at a very reasonable price? Am I just one of the few that would buy it?
