Weird quality in this photo..

I took a picture of my son playing with a friend.
The right hand in the photo was completely blurred, while the rest of the photo was great. (My son is in the striped T-shirt)
This has only happened on 1 photo.
I also noticed that the "skin" in many photos is very grainy not only at 100% resolution, but it's not really as it should be naturally
