Larger sensor possibilities?

So, I was looking at the graph and saw the Foveon sensor size. A an idea crossed my mind of what would happen if the m4/3 sensors were the same height as the Foveon, with width being the same. Could we have GF3, and E-PM1 sized cameras still, or would they have to become a tad larger? What about lens size, would the current lens sizes work, or would that also be larger. I take it that DR and low iso noise would see some improvements, even if it's small, no? Any ideas, opinions, disagreements?
