Zeikos Grip for D90

Hey Everybody,

I picked up the above grip from my D90 and when I went to use it for the first time tonight, it worked great for 3 photos then my camera shut down and I got an empty battery sign in the top lcd. I played with the tightness of the screw and when I backed it off a bit, the camera fired back up. It worked again for a bit then the camera shut down again and same battery empty sign.

I was shooting a volleyball match so I took the grip off quick and put the battery back in and the camera worked great the rest of the night.

Are there any issues known with this grip? It gets great reviews and in looking at this one and the third party one available at B&H, they look the same, but different names.
