Canon 60D, 7D or 5DM2?

Hey guys,

So basically i have an 1100D with 3 lenses:

Canon 18-55
Canon 50 1.8
Samyang 8mm 3.5 fisheye

And i was thinking of getting a new body soon (around a few months later), so i was considering the 60d, 7d and 5dm2.

Wondering which one will be better (the cheaper it is, the better, but i dun mind getting something expensive but fantastic -- just not too expensive).

I take mostly street photography and landscape. Some times dabble into product photography or event.
