You can easily use 3200 on these cameras for weddings. I've just got back from a wedding show today showing A1 size prints taken at 3200 and they look great.

1600 is certainly not "pushing it" at all. I rarely even use any noise reduction at all on files less than 3200. In fact there is still nothing better for high ISOs than these two cameras except for the D3S.

Using RAW files processed in Lightroom 3, these cameras are stunning.
