E-510 Sharpness and colors in 2011

I fetched my good old E-510 yesterday, took a few pics and I admit, I am still amazed how good the pics come out of this relic camera. I think it's gbetter than most cameras of today even at twice the original price. They now have too many bells and whistles plus the new filters and processing which degrades the image quality while wanting to do the opposite.
