Bought the E-5; Should I sell or keep the E-30?

Just recently bought the E-5 needed the weather resistance. Since I am an quasi semi pro should I sell or keep the E-30? I don't really require a backup camera, but don't want to be lowballed selling this camera. It is in very good condition with the dual kit lens. Any insight or advice would be much appreciated.
