Why Fuji mum about X-S10? Is there any such camera?

Fuji does not have any competition within to worry about cannibalizing their sales.
closest of cameras are S200EXR or HS20 are not new, not similar to worry about competition within.
What is Fuji waiting for? are they not sure about specifications? zoom range ?
If they have specs ready, what are they worried for? about spoiling purchase of FZ150 and SX40?
Or simply is it the way Fuji 'announces' new cameras?
