manual iso A65

can anyone confirm if the A65 can do 1/3 steps in manual ISO. some reviews say it can do 1/3 or 1 stop steps, but I can't see where in the manual's I've found online . where to set it to 1/3 steps?
something I wished the A550 did, there is a lot of waisted ability in the A550 not having access to the ISO setting between 1600-3200
even with out 1/3 steps the A65 looks like a top camera at it price point.
