Adorama/Verified by Visa

Is anyone else seeing this? Once I submit my order, a page comes up asking me for my social security number, date of birth, and asking me to agree to some Terms and Conditions and to sign me up for some program. No way to exit out of that page. Am I the only one getting this? I'd expect this from a no name discount electronic store, not Adorama. How sleazy.
