neck/shoulder strap

Anyone know if the A500 comes with the same uncomfortable neck strap that the A230 came with?

If so, I'm on the lookout for something else! Anyone know of any good inexpensive alternatives? In particular, I find the a230 stap digs in to the back of my neck.
