X100 Lens element loose?

Hi all,

I have just discovered that the black ring around the front lens element is a little loose.

If I touch it, it gives in about 1mm. If I shake the camera softly, I can feel and hear the ring moving. When I auto focus, I can see the ring moving as well.

I have never noticed this before and thought that the loose part was my cheap lens hood.

I don't think this is normal, is it?
