another Hawaii lens suggestion question

Well, I'm going to Kauai at the end of October and was wondering what you would recommend for me to take on a family trip. I'll be traveling with my wife and two kids (9&13). Of course the main focus will be the family but I wanted to take some nice pictures while there.

This is what I was thinking of taking.

D300 + 17-55 2.8 + Sigma 150 2.8 macro + Sig 1.4 teleconverter

or

D300 + Sigma 10-20 + 50 1.8 + Sigma 150 2.8 + 1.4 teleconverter

I also have a 70-200 VR, 85 1.8 and 35-70 2.8 as additional options but I wasn't really considering those as I would like to travel somewhat "light".

We'll spend a few days in Poipu, Kauai then go to Oahu and hit the Polynesian Cultural Center.
