Strange colors on small branches on photos, What is it, How do i fix?

Hi, i tool a picture that i like but the branches are (ugly) all sorts of colors. I have seen it in sample images and the reviewer said it happens if lens is too sharp for sensor or something.

Does anyone know what it is? and how it could be fixed. Here is image and problem is on right of photo on the branches.
