Shutter on Q

I see that you can choose between two different shutters when a 8,5mm lens is attached to Q.

1. A central shutter in the lens with range from 30sec to 1/2000sec.

2. An electronic shutter in the camera with range from 30sec to 1/8000sec.

Does anyone here have an idea of advantages and disadvantages (except shutter speed ) of each of these two shutters.
