WB750 question

The new Samsung WB750 was not even on my radar until now but could this camera

be a good replacement for my Samsung TL350? It sounds like it will do pretty well in the noise department with only a 12 million pixel sensor. I even thought of getting a second TL350 as a backup but the WB750 sounds like it might be a better choice.

I am still looking to buy the NX200 down the road (if it reviews well) as a high quality travel camera.
