Depth of field D7000 at 50mm F1.4 vs D700 at 75mm F1.4

I have been searching online for an answer to a depth of field question and couldn't find one so I was hoping you guys could help. I have a D7000 and a 50 1.4G I know that is the same view as 75mm on a D700 due to the 1.5x crop factor, but someone said that if you used a 75mm F1.4 on a d700(I know this lens does not exist but bare with me) you would get a more shallow depth of field due to the FF sensor. Many mention a one stop advantage in depth of field. Does this mean that a image taken with a 75mm F2.0 on a D700 will have the same depth of field as a 50mm F1.4 taken on a DX body? I ask all this because I am considering moving from my D7000 to a D700 and get a 24-70 2.8 and was wondering if taking portraits at 70mm at 2.8 was comparable in shallow depth of field to my 50mm on my d7000 at F2.0. Thanks in advance for the help.
