Absolutely, but you must run windows AV to protect your windows system, which should be sandboxed so that it is separate from the mac os and your mac files, always.

I use fusion, for instance, but I don't allow fusion free access to all my mac files. I have to drag and drop between the two, but that's worth it for the added security. (You can give fusion access to your documents folder, for instance, which I think is very unwise, although convenient.)

Absolutely. I always set it to use a single fixed shared folder.
