Need some advice on if these are okay?

Not a portrait person by anymeans but I want to improve on it. Here are some that I took earlier this week and would like some advice on anything that could be improved. Sorry that the data is stripped due to not having a pro account. Pics were taken with A100 and Minolta len's... the BBC, and 50mm 1.7
