MAC OS on Intel PC - anyone tried yet?

There have been a number of relatively detailed articles posted on the net regarding this topic - all positive but - I suppose inevitably - with certain cautions and procedures to note. Clearly, although a Hackintosh (yes - really) is not exactly "advertised" by Apple - and as stated will not be as neat as a Mac in design and size - has become possible because of Macs now being based on Intel CPUs and of course, the associated hardware used for PCs.

I may (when I get some free time) "have a go" provided I can stand the excitement and stress, using a spare SATA drive (apparently, IDE drives would not relate) and temporarily disconnecting my Win7 & XP drives to ensure no problems or deletions. However, it would be interesting and of course, useful, if anyone has actually "had a go" and hear their comments.
