A77 Focus Hold Button

Page 66 of the manual mentions a menu setting for the Focus Hold Button , looking at the Identifing Parts section beginning on page 19 I see no reference the a Focus Hold Button . Does anybody know what or where it is? Maybe it is a half press of the shutter?
