MF/AF clutch on Tamron SP 70-200 Macro?

Hello,

I intend to buy this lens for my Nikon D7000 body, but still confused whether to change from AF mode to MF need to switch booth AF/MF clutch (on lens) and AF/MF switch (on body)?
