SEL-18200 vs SEL55210

Ive read the posts regarding this comparison on here but I was looking at the price point regarding the
SEL-18200 18-200 telephoto lens $799
SEL-55210 55-210 telephoto lens $349

The 18-200 is more than double the price and came out first. The 55-210 won't be available until Oct and is less than half the price. I understand the 18-200 has more range and a touch faster, is it that much better than the 55-210 quality-wise?

Did they put the 55-210 out there for people who own the 18-55 kit to get them a cheap zoom lens?

I'm looking to buy one of these and if you told me the 55-210 is within quality range of the 18-200 I'd get it but if you also said 18-200 is WAY better than I would pay more for that one.

Generally you get what you pay for but there's always the whole bang for your buck statement as well. Thanks for your time and advice.
Btw this is going on my nex 5n.
