I once took pictures with my A900 and the Zeiss 135mm, same time same place same setting however there were big difference in the bokeh among photos. I found that when the background was under bright sunlight and big contrast the bokeh tended to be harsh (in somebody word) and in lower contrast lighting the bokeh was a lot smoother. So I assume the light condition of the background affects the bokeh quite a bit.

Think all of you in this subject understand what I mean.

One more thing I would like to say, my Zeiss 24mm f2.0 has very good bokeh as a 24mm lens. I will look for some photos to post later.
