Thinking of a change. Oly, Nikon or Canon

I am avid amatuer and currently own an e-510 with 700-300 and 12-60 plus kit lenses supplied with camera. Looking to move up in world and would like advice as to move up to e-5 or go to Nikon D7000 or Canon 7D.

Does anyone have any thoughts or could assist me with this.
