Should i be worry about the D7000 and D5100?

As i read the threads in here, i have to say i am very sceptical to the D7000 and D5100 regarding the quality to these cameras. I have had the D80 and D300 before and never had any issues with them,and i have not read anything negative to them either.

With the D7000: focus problems,oil on sensor, shutter problems and more. The D5100 only shutter problems as i know, but still.

Could this QP have something to do with the earthquake in Japan?
