Kreuznach disaster ! (on ex1)

I have managed to get some big dust particle on the lens inside the objective, just by blowing with a little plastic device. I can see it's on the second lens inside, and moving with the zoom. Very nice... very huge artifact when the sun beams hit this particle i suspect, which can move on maybe until the sensor.

i didn't know the camera is almost open for dust.... should i go to repair shop ?
