Cannot set ISO 100 on 60D ?

I think I messed up some user setting which is now not allowing me to choose ISO 100 on my 60D. I put camera in M mode and after that I go into ISO and the first ISO that it allows me to choose after Auto is ISO 200. ISO 100 seems be be disabled for some reason. Anybody else experienced similar confusion with their camera ? I know it is some sort of user error here but just want extra pair of eyes to see if someone can point me to what I'm doing wrong ?
