Infrared All-Stars

A while back I had an old Canon 10D fitted with a 590nm infrared filter, which lets in a bit more colour than traditional 720nm conversions. 10Ds are cheap as chips nowadays. And so, apropos of nothing, and for the first time ever on the internet, a pair of Converse All-Stars shot under sunlight with a 590nm infrared-converted 10D:

They're standard black high-top models, lit by overcast sunlight. For the top photo I used an Olympus 24mm f/2, bottom photo a Vivitar 70-210mm f/3.5, both of them old Olympus OM lenses mounted with an OM-EOS adapter.
