Adobe Carousel - cloud-based editing, browsing, storage and sharing

Adobe has just announced a cloud-based, app-driven image editing, browsing, sharing and storage product that it's calling 'Carousel.'

We think it could be pretty interesting (particularly when the PC and Android versions become available, allowing platform-independent usage). What do you think?
