Up-grading to Windows 7 and Re-installing Photoshop updates

I have upgraded to Windows 7 from XP. I originally bought Photoshop CS, upgraded to CS4 and then to CS5. Do I have to re-install CS, CS4 and CS5? Can I install CS and go straight to CS5 skipping CS4? I guess I can't just install the CS5 update and expect it to work.
