The last sentence is the most appropriate to all of us waiting for a Nex-7 - Sony's £1,000 body only price is an insult to UK consumers when compared with the US.

Those lucky enough to be able to buy one have the whip hand here - Sony need to taught that this is no longer 'Treasure Island', the UK economy is slowly dying and if we can't get a better deal out of Sony now, then we never will.

But we can get a better deal - all it takes is patience, and a stubborn refusal to pay a whopping premium over US prices.

When Nex-7's remain on store shelves, Sony will cut the price faster than you can say 'bankruptcy'.
