Can't open this file .-( Can anyone help me here?

Hello folks,
I developed a picture from RAW to jpeg. I was using PS4 and spend good amount of time. When I was satisfied with the result, wanted to save in jpeg, meantime my wife kept calling me for dinner
So I saved the image in hurry, and closed the photoshop! All in hurry and without checking. Now I can't open the file.I don't know what kind of file it is and how to open it? I tried all my blunt skills but no results.
Can anyone from you open this file for me please? Or convert to PS or JPEG whatever.
